Keeping your gear clean

Clean gear is a must and I am proud to say that I have never had a gear failure due to my equipment not working. Photographers are afforded all kinds of tools to keep their gear clean and I wanted to share some gear that I found that works amazingly well. The VSGO Electronic Air Blower. This little device works really well for getting dirt, sand and sensor dust off the camera. In the past, I have, probably like every other photographer at some point, used a rocket blower. Nothing wrong with that but I quickly found that, at times, I need a bit more power than than just the blower.

Very portable, the height of the VSGO electric air blower is only 4.5 inches. It is easy to store and can be easily put into a pocket and taken with you. It can be taken out to clean the dust on the camera at any time between shooting. It is a bit heavy for such a small device, but that is due to the good construction. Some of the feature include: a removable linear flat mouthpiece and soft-bristled brush head, which makes the dust removal efficiency doubled. it has a 1200 mAh battery, 60 minutes of long battery life, USB type-c direct charging, very convenient.

Versatile for more than just the camera gear, I use it on the keyboards of my desktop and laptop as well. It has a small filter in the back to ensure that if you are using it outdoors, nothing get sucked into the blower and then forced out onto your gear. It has three speeds from a gentle push of air to quite powerful burst for larger more complex situations. I also love that it has an LED light to aid you in seeing what needs to be cleaned and given a bit more love, along with a USB-C charging capability. I really like this and it has replaced the rocket blower in my bag and is always with me. Check out this VSGO electronic blower, this could be nice piece of gear to pickup.
