Additionally, if at any time you severely damage your print and require a replacement made for you, I will do so at any time . You will be charged only the cost of production. Simply e-mail me a photograph of the damaged print with a short explanation of how it happened. I may request you ship it back to me so I can use it for samples if the damage is not to extensive.
Please be aware that the printer uses the highest quality materials that are avaialble today. I want the photographic prints you receive to reflect what you saw on the website gallery and portfolio. Keep in mind that the prints you receive greatly exceed the thumbnails on the site for quality, clarity and color. Each prints is customized and made to order and are not eligible for returns except for extreme circumstances. Reason being is the I commit to vendor / printer to the supplies and production costs needed to complete your order request after receiving it. . In the rare event that you are completely unsatisfied with your fine art print(s), you may request to return it to me directly, minus a 30% restocking fee.
